I noticed that you commented on the article that was about taxes, and I agree with you. I hate when people submit news articles that don't belong on the GasBuddy.com's news area. Just do what I did, post a comment on his Whiteboard asking him/her to please stop submitting news articles that do not pertain to gas, fuel or oil. That should get his attention.

"It's not an electric vehicle it's a hybrid." Hybrids need both gas and electricity. The Volt can run on either or, and it still only has one drivetrain, an electric one. "Batteries have to be charged and the source of the power for charging batteries causes emissions." Not if that source is wind or solar! Those sources are expensive now, but it will never be affordable if we quit trying. In the mean time, coal is American made and keeps money and jobs in this country. It's a much better option than foreign oil.
