Some interesting ideas I have never heard of, bring those 12 (additional) New Technologies into use and see what happens to the Bio fuel Industry. Some are very good and others are......??? WHAT? When will some of these New Technologies apply to the real world?
What will Part 3 have that is different?

The price of fuel at the pump is too high!

Heard it all before. When they come up with something non polluting that is equal or more efficient And cost effective than petroleum, without Government subsidies wake me.

WHAT!! The Military pays $100 a gallon for jet fuel??? Gets pretty expensive flying in those $300 toilet seats and $500 hammers. Oh well, the taxpayers have deep pockets.

I saw where the US Navy is going to bio fuel but it is now $26/gallon. If bio prices do not compete with crude, then it would be natural to dump the way too expensive bio fuels.
